Refund policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies to orders placed at bowstrick.net.

Eligible returns

You may return an unused, uninstalled product in its original condition, with its packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. We also accept returns for products that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the listing. Please contact us promptly and provide your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us resolve it.

The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements apply to change-of-mind returns. They do not remove your rights for defective or misdescribed goods. Damage caused by misuse, an unauthorised modification or incorrect installation is not a change-of-mind return.

How to request a return

Email bowstrick.in@gmail.com, call +91 77728 26307, or use our contact form within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can identify and handle it correctly. Returns are accepted by courier/mail.

Return shipping and fees

Bowstrick pays reasonable return-shipping costs for a defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return courier charge. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Inspection and processing of approved refunds are completed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or UPI refund using details you provide securely. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the credit.

For an approved change-of-mind return, we refund the returned item's purchase price; the original shipping charge is not refunded. For defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods, the refund includes the applicable original shipping charge and reasonable return-shipping costs.

Exchanges and cancellations

You may request an exchange within the same 7-day window, subject to product availability and the return conditions above. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order before dispatch; no cancellation fee applies. After dispatch, the return process applies.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary 7-day return policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law, including rights relating to defective, deficient, misdescribed or unlawfully delayed goods. Manufacturer warranty terms, where applicable, are separate and are not replaced by this policy.
