These terms apply to purchases and use of bowstrick.net, the online store of Bowstrick Car System. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products. Products and compatibility

Review the product description, specifications, model number and included accessories before ordering. Vehicle fit, wiring, mounting parts and installation requirements vary by model. Contact us if you need clarification. Installation services or accessories are included only when the listing expressly says so. Product images illustrate the listed product; we remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before order completion. Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods displayed at checkout may be used. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

An order acknowledgement confirms that your order was received. If we identify a stock, serviceability or material listing error that prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not increase a completed order's price without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping policy explains delivery charges and estimated processing and transit times. Our Return and refund policy explains the 7-day return-request window, eligibility, return charges, refunds, exchanges and cancellations. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order.

Safe use and warranties

Use and install products in accordance with their instructions and applicable requirements. Seek qualified installation where needed. Any manufacturer warranty applies according to the terms provided for the specific product; no additional warranty period is promised unless stated in the listing. These terms do not exclude legal rights relating to product safety, quality or conformity with the description.
